Policy of dispatch, cancellation, returns and refunds

As we all have doubts about these things, in this section we have summarised our way of working to make it easier for you to browse and buy at our online store. Read the information given below and you will find how easy and safe it is to shop at La Turruca.   • Terms of delivery

You will receive your order within 7 working days*. If there is any delay you will be told of this within 48 hours of your purchase.

Orders will not be sent to Post Office boxes.

*Over the summer period and on holidays orders may take a little longer to arrive, either owing to the increased demand or to national holidays.

  • Cancellations and returns

Once the order has been paid we understand that it has been confirmed. For this reason we only accept the cancellation of an order in the following circumstances: non-compliance with the terms of delivery whether we are responsible or not (in accordance with the conditions of the section above due to stock shortfalls, problems with the courier company, or human/technical errors) or if more than one payment has been made owing to a technical error. The amount will be returned within 72 hours through the same card which was used for payment once we have verified the error.

If your order arrives damaged or any of its packages are faulty (broken, the product is not what you have asked for…), let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We will make a claim to the transport company and resolve the situation by sending a new order at our expense.

The prices of all our products include VAT and the postage costs established by our courier company. Payment can be made safely by:

  • Price changes and errata

La Turruca reserves the right to raise its prices at any time without notice. If during this process the customer makes a purchase which does not correspond with the final price marked, La Turruca undertakes to inform the customer within 72 hours of the price increase so that he/she can decide whether to continue with the purchase. If the order has already been paid for, La Turruca undertakes to refund the amount paid in full if the customer does not accept the new price.
